Among all the splendid features the 51 keys hotel nested on 91,000 square meters with 300 meters of coastline and sea frontage back by a rare 99-year government lease with ZIPA approval. 65% of the hotel rooms have sea views. Deluxe Rooms, divided into three buildings on two levels with makuti (coconut leaves) roof, are a few steps away from the sea and have a wonderful view of both the ocean and the pool. Rooms at floor level enjoy a garden, those on the first floor a wide panoramic balcony. All rooms are furnished in local African style while keeping modern comfort. If this is not enough the hotel has also acquired a mid-term lease for a private pristine beach, bar and lounge area with direct access from the property. So, if the hotel resting on a cliff is an issue the private beach will put you at ease.
